Initial indications are that I am very pleased with the newly installed sprinkler system.
All phases of the project progressed without any unforeseen complications. All work was performed on a timely basis. The overall cost of the project, as well as any change orders, seemed to be priced fairly. Perhaps most impressive is the manor in which the work was performed. Even though Clifton is occupied 24 hours a day by 142 residents, disturbances were kept to an absolute minimum without sacrificing high quality work.
The on site crew was extremely courteous to all residents, families, and staff members. Also I appreciate your willingness to schedule work in certain areas (kitchen, main lobby, etc) during off hours. I would not hesitate to have Piping Systems back to perform work at this building or on any other projects.
