TEUFELBERGER - WHEN A CLIENT CALLS WITH AN EMERGENCY

When a client calls with an emergency, we get hopping to take care of them.

This past February, our long-time client, Teufelberger Fiber Rope Corp (formerly known as New England Ropes) in Fall River, MA called us in a panic to help them out.  The boiler they rely on that not only heats their offices but also a part of their production line, had failed.

Within 24 hours of their call, we worked with our supplier, Independent Piping and Supply Corp, Canton, MAand found a boiler in stock in New Hampshire ready to deliver.  Teufelberg called us on a Wednesday and by Friday morning we were on-site to begin the installation of the new boiler.

The client was able to rely on us to do the piping as well as the electrical work necessary to get the new boiler up and running.  A long-standing relationship with the client and the local inspector allowed Teufelberger to run the new boiler with our promise that the final installation would be complete with the louvers inter-locked with the boiler control system.

The original boiler was installed 22 years ago by us. In fact, our VP of Operations, Jason Taylor, who responded to the emergency call was at the time an apprentice who worked on this installation!
