TWO YEAR WARRANTY

PROCESS PIPING, PLUMBING, HEATING AND GAS FITTING

100% of the pipe, valves and fittings provided and installed by Piping Systems, Inc. are fully covered – labor and materials against defect.

The warranty is valid provided the following conditions are met:

• All of the components are provided and installed by Piping Systems, Inc.
• The piping system including all components has been maintained per manufacturer’s guidelines.
• A chemical treatment system, if recommended by the manufacturer, has been installed upon system activation, has been maintained and is functional

Component failures due to loss of power are excluded from this warranty.

If a component (other than pipe, valves and fittings) is found to be defective and the defect was not apparent at the time of installation, we will extend whatever warranty protection is afforded by the manufacturer and/or supplier to the customer.

Warranty is valid provided the materials and equipment provided by Piping Systems, Inc. has been properly maintained by the owner including but not limited to serviced and maintained only by Piping Systems, Inc.

Notification of warranty issues must be given to Piping Systems, Inc. within 72 hours of occurrence.

FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM – WET OR DRY

100% of the pipe, valves and fittings provided and installed by Piping Systems, Inc. are fully covered – labor and materials against defect. (see exception below)

The warranty is valid provided the following condition is met:

• The fire sprinkler system has been inspected and tested at least annually per NFPA guidelines by Piping Systems, Inc.

Note that the first year inspection is free (excluding fire alarm testing, if required).
All warranties stated above apply provided the materials and equipment provided by Piping Systems, Inc. has been serviced and maintained solely by Piping Systems, Inc.

Exception: Replacement of compressors and low point drainage piping is excluded.

Notification of warranty issues must be given to Piping Systems, Inc. within 72 hours of occurrence.

That’s about it. You want small print? Here it is: If you aren’t 100% completely satisfied, PIPING SYSTEMS’ PERFECTION PROMISE means that “IT’S FREE!” There’s your small print. It’s really simple and here’s how it works: If you aren’t happy with a particular part of the job, let us know. We’ll do that portion over and if you still aren’t satisfied, we’ll deduct that portion of the job (we’ll even do the math) from the bill and you don’t pay for what you’re not happy with. Period! No hassles, no hard feelings, just satisfied customers! THAT’S OUR GUARANTEE.
